City View is a four-phase residential subdivision on approximately 8.7 acres along SE City View Street in Madras, Oregon, planned to deliver roughly 100 affordable homes at final buildout. Phase 1 brings the first 20 affordable units across five lots, with construction plans approved by the City of Madras in early 2025.

Ridge Line Design supported the project by designing and permitting the approved public improvement plans for Phase 1. The Phase 1 scope includes new local streets with curb and sidewalk, an improved connection to SE Grizzly Road, water main extensions designed to Deschutes Valley Water District standards, public sanitary sewer, and stormwater management using drywells and sedimentation manholes — all designed to City of Madras public works standards.

Located in the city's Moderate Density Residential (R-1) zone, City View is designed to make efficient use of land while meeting Madras's residential design and density standards, helping address the growing need for attainable housing in Jefferson County and Central Oregon.
