    Jenilee Daw, President, PE

    Jenilee is the founder and president of Ridge Line Design, a woman-owned civil engineering firm in Bend, Oregon. With more than 20 years of land development experience, she leads every project with a reputation for forging strong client relationships and crafting practical solutions to complex site, planning, and permitting challenges. Her leadership and vision have established Ridge Line Design as a trusted name in civil engineering, land use planning, and public works throughout Oregon. Outside the office, Jenilee finds balance practicing yoga and exploring the outdoors around Bend.

    Jerrett Daw, Vice President, PE

    Jerrett brings more than 15 years of civil engineering experience and deep expertise in hydraulics, hydrology, and stormwater design to Ridge Line Design. He excels at untangling complex land development projects — coordinating between jurisdictions, agencies, and clients to deliver engineering solutions that work. Jerrett's thoughtful, solution-focused approach drives success across Ridge Line's most technical work, from drainage and stormwater systems to infrastructure design throughout Bend and Central Oregon. When he's not engineering something creative, you'll find him in the kitchen or venturing into the backcountry.

    Victoria Chun, Project Manager, PE

    Victoria is a talented project manager with over 7 years of experience in land development. She specializes in 3D modeling of complex sites and crafting plans that are both beautiful and buildable. Technically sound and detail-driven, Victoria understands how to guide a project from concept through construction. Outside work, she enjoys mountain biking, baking, and reading.

    Ari is a project engineer at Ridge Line Design with 4 years of experience in land development and civil site design. She brings strong technical skills in Civil 3D modeling and a thoughtful, problem-solving approach to every project — from residential subdivisions to commercial site plans. Ari's growing expertise and attention to detail help turn concepts into engineering designs that work in the real world. Outside the office, she enjoys tending to her plants, spending time with her pets, and getting outdoors in Central Oregon whenever she can.
