Ridge Line Design provided complete land use planning and civil engineering services for an 8-unit middle housing development on NE Bear Creek Road in Bend, Oregon. The project features eight energy-efficient homes built to passive house standards with rooftop solar — bringing sustainable, attainable housing to Bend's east side.

Ridge Line Design prepared and processed the Type II land use application for the land division, creating two 0.3-acre residential parcels, and designed the correlating public infrastructure and private site improvements. The firm managed the project through four City of Bend permits — land use, infrastructure (INFR), site improvement (SIMP), and grading and drainage — coordinating utility extensions, shared access easements, multi-use path frontage improvements, and on-site stormwater design from application through construction.
