Bachelor View is a multi-phased single-family residential development in southwest Bend, Oregon, delivering 109 homesites at full buildout across 21.5 acres with stunning Cascade mountain views. Ridge Line Design served as engineer of record for the development.

The project's civil design and land development engineering encompass more than 1,700 linear feet of new public local street, 3,300 linear feet of private streets located within a public access easement, and 5,000 linear feet of public utility infrastructure — including water, sewer, and stormwater systems designed and permitted through the City of Bend.
