Daly Estates is a five-phase, 95-unit affordable multi-family residential development located in southeast Bend, Oregon, in the Daly Estates neighborhood north of SE Reed Market Road between Pettigrew Road and Daly Estates Drive (Deschutes County, RM zone). The project delivers attainable housing through a series of phased infill developments, each constructing 19 attached residential units with garages on roughly 1.1-acre lots, served by private access drives within 46-foot public access easements.

Each phase includes full public and private infrastructure improvements permitted through the City of Bend. Completed right-of-way work reconstructed portions of Daly Estates Drive and Pettigrew Road, including new asphalt and road base, 6-foot concrete sidewalks, reinforced driveway aprons, ADA ramps, 8-inch PVC sanitary sewer main and services, manholes, and a complete stormwater system of catch basins, sediment manholes, and drywells

Domestic and irrigation water service throughout the development is provided by Avion Water Company, including new 8-inch and 12-inch C-900 water mains, an 8-inch irrigation main extension, fire hydrants, gate valves, and 1-inch and 2-inch metered services constructed to Avion standards.
