Jerrett brings over 15 years of experience and deep expertise in hydraulics and hydrology. He excels at untangling complex projects and working between jurisdictions and clients to deliver results that work. Jerrett’s thoughtful, solution-focused approach drives success across Ridge Line’s most technical work. When he’s not engineering something creative, you’ll find him in the kitchen or venturing into the backcountry.

Victoria is a talented project manager with over 7 years of experience in land development. She specializes in 3D modeling of complex sites and crafting plans that are both beautiful and buildable. Technically sound and detail-driven, Victoria understands how to guide a project from concept through construction. Outside work, she enjoys mountain biking, baking, and reading.
